Case Presentation: We present a rare case in this paper, with recurrent bronchial FEP that was near completely obstructed right main bronchus that we managed her successfully with interventional bronchoscopy. In this case report we describe this rare condition. Conclusion: Airway FEP is uncommon benign tumor that may obstruct airways and rarely may be recurrent like our case.
